Not long ago we came across a really helpful Dr Oz episode that focussed on losing weight for your body shape. If you find it hard to lose weight, and let’s face it the older we get the harder it is, understanding your body shape is the key to your weight loss success.
There are two major body types–bigger on the top or bigger on the bottom. Fat distribution actually shifts as we age, and as your shape changes you need to eat differently.
